This is from about 5-6 hours of urban/suburban pizza delivery today. Thus far, a personal best. I...LOVE...THIS...CAR.
I drove 85.5 miles tonight. I get $0.33 for every mile I drive. So I was paid $28.22 for mileage. At 55 mpg, I burned about 1.55 gallons of gas. At $3.09 a gallon here, that's $4.80.
The $28.22 I was paid minus the $4.80 I spent means I made $23.42 on gas. If I do this five nights a week, four weeks a month, my Mirage is essentially free.
I figure that, given what I paid for the car, my employer will have essentially paid it off for me by the time it hits about 45,000 miles. The Mirage is the best delivery car out there. Bar none...
