Fog Lights? (Installing fog lights on existing factory wiring?)

I've been shopping around & found this set.....about 1/2 price compared to the dealer price, still have to pay them to activate the circuit to the OE stalk though. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/281557308733?..._qi=RTM1711891

The one you linked doesn't seem to come with a stalk. I didn't have the fog light thing initially so I had to buy a whole turn signal stalk with the foglights switch on it. It does come with a button though So I guess that's ok.
