Yeap it must have been used for business. Courier? Pizza delivery? Uber? Real Estate?

It is over 200mi a day if you count 5 day bus week.

Or could have been a stretch commuter with 100mi one way drive. I had worked with one of these in the past.

This 2014 is for sale in Seattle for $9,999. One-owner with only 331 miles. Looks like an unwanted 'Sweet 16' present! Was traded in to a dealership that specializes in big custom trucks (blech).
