    Time to say good bye!

Well it hasn't been too long but my time with my little Mirage has come to an unfortunate end. I was more of a lurker than an active poster but I was enjoying the little bugger and checking out this site! I had an accident a couple of weeks ago and the poor thing was declared a total loss. Some standing water and hydroplaning did her in

I picked up a set of wheels and lowering springs over the summer and was planning on further suspension upgrades but alas, I have chosen something completely different as a replacement.

BTW - I'll be posting up for sale a set of OE alloy wheels and the set of OE springs should anyone be interested.

Giant bummer. Sorry to see you go, but glad you're OK.

What did you replace it with?

How come you didn't go for Mirage #2?

Doh, sorry to hear about the accident. I'm glad you're okay though.

I'll second the question. What did you replace it with?
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

Thanks for the replies everyone. I replaced the little guy with a new to me 2013 Hyundai Genesis Sedan. Totally different but the the quiet and more comfortable environment makes my long commute to/from work more enjoyable!

    I agree with comfort commuting.

I have a VERY short commute. IMO, if you have more than a 30min drive (one way) then you should treat yourself to a comfy vehicle.

Sorry about your accident. They couldn't just buff that out? LOL So what happened anyways? Hopefully you're ok. The Genesis is a very nice ride. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
