Very likely so. Be sure to check compressed length. If you're bottoming out the shocks, they won't last long.
Simplify and add lightness.

I don't know it, but I do have a set of stock shocks out in the garage that I could measure.
I might even have a set of Yaris shocks out in the garage if I didn't pitch them!

Looks like the Yaris shocks are gone. Probably tossed them in the back of the Festiva parts car when I junked it.
2015 Mirage rear shocks approximate measurements:
Overall Extended Length: 26.75"
Overall Compressed Length: 18"
Shaft Full Stroke: 8.5"
Shaft Diameter: 12.5mm
Shaft threaded end: 10mm
Eye Hole: 12mm
Length above the shaft "neck": 2.9" (for washers, bump stop supports, rubber bushings, etc)
The last 3/8" or so of the shaft is pinched flat so that the shaft can be held while turning the nut, so that part is not threaded.
Simplify and add lightness.

That'd be great, Loren. Might open up a host of options.
FYI, I've been doing a bit of research, and KYB does indeed make shocks for the Mirage, at least for the Japanese and Asian market A05A chassis. (I'd think it'd be the same as ours).
SR Special Shocks:
F: NST5625R.L
R: NSF1265
Lowfer Sports
F: WST5625R
R: WSF1265L
There is a footnote that says for Japan, for Asia. Not sure if the damping is different.
EDIT: These all seem to be for the 3A90-equipped engines.
By the way, I cannot tell if A05A and A03A chassis codes are tied to either the 3A90 (1.0 liter) or 3A92 (1.2 liter) engine. I swear, some A05A have the 1.0, some have the 1.2. I also can't figure out the difference between the A05A and A03A.

Looks like KYB in the Philippines is the only company I can find ANYWHERE offering a namebrand replacement shock. I think I may have found Excel-G units too:
Rear
348083
Front
3320010

Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block
Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100
