60 mpg is a lofty goal for this car, especially if you only got 10 mpg out of your Wrangler. The U.S. EPA rates the base Wrangler at 17 mpg city & 21 mpg highway.
Things that should help you reach your goal include keeping the tires well inflated and driving slower to reduce wind resistance. A OBD-II device that allows you to monitor real-time fuel consumption provides instant feedback on driving habits. Did your Mirage come with a block heater? I bought one and use it year-round to give the motor oil a head start in reaching operating temperature.

35” sticky mud terrains, 5” lift, roof top tent, and too tall gearing make it an inefficient 4 speed. 5” fender extensions, adding 1000lb of armour... it does well for what it is.
