14x4.5 is factory size. 14x6 should work but the stock tired will be stretched to fit. My hybrid civic wheels are 14x5.5 and 175-65r14s fit well

The sway bar eliminated almost all of my mirage body roll 70% I would say. The h&r springs would have removed maybe 50% without the sway bar, springs and bar 85-90% is removed but the ride isn't like a pillow with the stock dampers. Try the rear sway bar first.

Yes, a 2012-2014 sway bar will fit right up.
