    Sources for non-OEM rear shocks

Hi folks, it has been practically impossible to get rear shocks from any other maker than Mitsubishi. We know of the too soft rear shocks that make the back of the car bob up and down, making rear passengers sea-sick. My car is a 2014 model with 4126A119 rear shocks as standard, being quite similar to the later 4126A219. This prompted me to do some research, and here the results:

I found out there are currently two international sources for rear shocks that actually deliver to foreign countries.

    Source #1: fitinpart.sg
They can deliver two varities of Hitachi/Tokico shocks, these being
a.) Tokico, the softer E20040 (equating to 4162A199 according to catalogue), and
b.) Tokico E20041 equating to 4126A219 and supposedly the firmer of the two.
They also list the KYB-Asia 348083 variety, but have been out of stock for quite some time.
They do not sell the Monroe (.th and .ph) 378073SP.
Fitinpart.sg has modest prices and freight to Europe is also modestly priced.

    Source#2: startmycar.co.za
They can deliver the KYB-Asia variety, being KYB 348083.
According to the KYB-Asia catalogue, they fit all Mirage and Attrage from 2008(!) until today.
Their prices are not elevated at all and freight to Europe is roughly a quarter of their total bill. They billed me less than €100.- being about US$120 for one pair plus delivery to Germany.
They can arrange for payment via Paypal, which is good, because .za (South Africa) does not participate in the IBAN bank system which makes a regular bank transfer unsurmountably difficult.

Monroe.th (Thailand) and Monroe.ph (Philipines) both have their own catalogues, and according to them the correct rear shock absorber would be Monroe 378073SP
Unfortunately, while there are many sources for these, I have not found a source willing to export a set to Europe.

In USA partsexpertpro lists "own brand" rear shocks, and I know nothing about them.
